My complaint:
Sir,
I have exchanged my TBC worth of $20000, through www.coinkeep.info, which is TBC exchange professional, as per the instructions of the administrator of customer support and they had collected the charges of withdrawal fee of 0.025 BTC and also Net security fee of 0.01 BTC to release my BTC amount worth of $20000. The same charges are paid to them and enclosed screenshots of payment, for their reference. Moreover, after payment of all charges to them, the company’s customer support is not responding and also sent the mails to them, but in vain. The company’s customer care is also very poor and not connecting properly. I have tried a number of times their customer care to ask about my funds, but more than one week ago, their customer care connected once and replied that I will get my funds with a one week solution. Still, either they released my funds or responded properly. So, I am requesting your Hon’ble authority to help me to release my exchanged funds worth $20000 from the above said company, for which I am very grateful to you. I am herewith enclosing the screenshots of payment, for your kind perusal.
