My complaint:

First, I made an online order and had my ation email when I entered the facility. The staff didn’t have a record of my order and the waitress was rude as if I was stupid. Since they didn’t have a record of my order, I asked could I place it again even after I encountered the rude waitress. So I placed the order and one waitress asked since you have to wait would you like something to drink and I said ok. So, this other waitress walks towards me and tell me I need to pay for the soda. I told her don’t worry about it I don’t want it. They were just so RUDE!!! I called someone over and told them I wanted to cancel my entire order!!! It took literally 15 minutes to cancel my order. I asked what was wrong and the waitress said the manager is canceling the order. Also, the manager was RUDE as well. He peeped around the corner and never came over to ask me what was the problem or anything. He was so unprofessional! He didn’t try to resolve the issue and to see why I was canceling my order. I will NEVER go back to this place!!

Suggested solution:

The manager needs to get more involve when a situation like this occurs so it will not happen again.
