Taco Bell complaint: Terrible Food

My complaint:

My husband went to TACO Bell drive through at this location Reciept number 026476.
3 Beef Crnchy Tac Sup each shell was broken where you have to eat it in pieces.
3 Beef Supreme Bur were all unwrapped where the inside fell out of the wrap.
I called and supposedly talked to manager, and he was disengaged with the complaint and I asked him if he was listening to me and finally asked what could he do to make it right. I told him to take who ever was making this mess off the line and train them to do what Taco Bell hired them to do.
The name on the ticket was Cashier: Danny M Order 333231 and I would have to guess it was him who I spoke to.
This is a terrible way to run a business and I think TACO Bell needs to upgrade their training.
It’s a shame because this business is right off I-75! Shame on them!

Suggested solution:

Put trained people in this restaurant.
I live in the area and I will tell you this, I will never be back there when I can eat out of a dumpster and have the same presentation!
DISGUSTING!
