My complaint:
While waiting in line for over 45 minutes the staff comes out tell us they can’t take our order because of staffing issues. The GM or asst GM sat in the store. I will never come here again. I also calling local newspaper to address this as well. Totally unacceptable.
Suggested solution:
Fire the GM or Asst Manager. Let those two staff take their positions. This happened on 12022
