My complaint:

I went rto Taco Bell drive thru this afternoon at 5PMI wanted to order 2 ToASTED cHALUPA BOXES AT $5 Person on the speaker said this was not possible and put up $16.19 on screen. I told her this was wrong and was told this was correct. When i GOT TO WINDOW TO PAY SHE THEM ASKED ME OF MY ORDER ANDy then said price was $11.87. I gave her $20.02 and got back $8.15 and the two pennies. Cannot make change. Then Manager told me to drive around front and it would be out in a minute and a half. 10 minutes later a employee was walking to go to work and I asked her for manager. She told me to drive to side entrance and she woulf take cRE OF PROBLEM. aFTER ANOTHER 5 MINUTE WAIT AN EMPLOYEE CAMEW OUT WITH AN ORDER AND SAID HERE IS MY ORDER. hE Said 2 Burritos. I srnt him back about 5 more minutes more they came out with orde, again it was incorrect was missing item. He then had to go back into store and get item. I was at thatstore for well over 35 minutes to get order. When i drove in there was on ly 1 car in front of me. Suggested solution:

Hire some one that knows what they are doing. Again I get sobstory that they are shorthanded. They dont know how to make change or talk to people.
