My complaint:
I have went to the Taco Bell in Park Forest, IL 3 different time once on a Friday evening around 10:30 pm., Twice on Saturday evening also around 10;30 pm. Tonight I was there around 10:45 pm going through the drive thru. I was told the same thing I have been told two other times, We are not taking orders at this time come back in 10 minutes, like before I came back about 20 minutes later and was again told same thing. So tonight I asked why does this keep happening and the person got really rude following is his comments ( Can i go pee, is that a problem for you if i go pee, Do i need your permission to go pee.
Suggested solution:
I have know idea how to resolve the issue other then getting better employee's. All three times I have had to go somewhere else to get something to eat. I used to enjoy stopping by a Taco bell in the evening about once a week. Not to sure about that anymore.
