My complaint:
Ordered on the app. Went to the door as instructed and it was locked. At 5:30 pm on a Sunday. Had to go through the drive thru to pick up my order and had to wait in line. There is no point in using the app if it does not save time or hassle.
Suggested solution:
Don’t advertise going inside on the app if it’s not available
