My complaint:
No customer service. I waited at the counter for 2-3 minutes to order . Finally a female employee came up and said I had to order with the kiosk. I asked if anyone else could take my order at the counter and she no and I had to use the kiosk. I had a special order and really needed help. I fumbled with the kiosk to get my order in and finally got it put in but not sure the special order was correct. I asked to talk to the manager. I asked why I couldn’t order at the counter and he said yes you can. I informed him his employee said I couldn’t. She said nobody was available when I asked. The store prep area was very messy and the dining area was messy. The special order was wrong. I will not return. ( The manager did apologize). Too little and too late. I don’t like your kiosk. They should be optional. Terrible, actually NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.Thank you! Craig Bowes
