Taco Bell complaint: Charged twice for same order, want refund.

My complaint:

Placed order online and paid with credit card.
When went to pick up order, was told they did not have order in their computer. Had to place order and pay again. Have requested refund, but received no response, other than store gave me a free taco coupon. The online order number was 928450, paid with credit card ending in 7014. Transaction date 11162022.Also attached is receipt where items ordered and paid for online were again paid (along with additional items) on a different card.

refund 7:00.
