My complaint:
have booked and fully paid for a holiday and this has been acknowledged but i am supposed to be able to view my booking and payment in MY ACCOUNT. there is no way however that i can log into my account. i have phoned 4 times and emailed 12 times but they do nothing about my access and i’m reluctant to go away on holiday without being able to check everything. i have even written to the CEO in chester but he didn’t even reply
Suggested solution:
simply repair my account so i can get into it
