My complaint:
I am asked to deposit $150 for withdrawal and when paid I am asked to deposit $100 as delay charges and after it was paid I was permitted to withdraw my fund. I was sent mail with Trx Hash ID the withdrawal of $2000 BTC is successful to my wallet. Nothing came to my wallet for 8 hrs, I raised a ticket with the wallet provider Nexus.
After checking the Trx Hash the wallet provider stated the Trx Hash ID: 5092fed3f1923e932855c805dde3679e88dfeed935d8fe0db145c2921f699ec1 as provided is suspicious and it doesn’t relate to my wallet.
I was asked to follow the sending platform. I asked the admin but he kept saying it is network congestion in the Blockchain. I sent the screenshot of the summary of Trx Hash on Blockchain that evidenced it relate to different wallets.
I have been asked to $103 to Blockchain at wallet address: 1Hp2UMBxZD7iJ7hsTSchXasXny1aYqqF5T so that the mistake is rectified by Blockchain and the fund is sent to my wallet. The admin of swiftmining.net submitted that the company is a channel partner of Blockchain and it has already taken up the matter with Blockchain but I have to pay $103 to Blockchain from my designated wallet to get my fund in the designated wallet.
Suggested solution:
According to the company Swiftmining.net, the error is the mistake of Blockchain. If so Blockchain has to rectify the mistake, I should not be penalized to pay $103 to Blockchain for the rectification. I demanded a copy of mail from the admin sent by the company to Blockchain but he says it is sent by the system as Blockchain channel partner and no copy is available.
