My complaint:
I bought the bigger dispenser of sweetex, and this is the 3rd time in the space of a year, that the sweetex dispenser gets jammed.. Every click i do for a sweetex to come out, the top green section gets jammed, and the bottom section where the sweetener is supposed to come out is also stuck, the sweetener may or may not come out when i have battered it a few times – to make it work! , however if it does come out it is broke up into powder. I have used sweetex for years, however there is definetly a problem with your dispensers, as like i said this is now the 3rd time in the space of a year. The last time, i actually had to break in to the dispenser, and put my sweetex in a bowl, to enable me to still get use and of course not be wasting money spent on your product, which just does NOT do the same job is used to?
Suggested solution:
I would like at least some sort of response, apology, some sort of discount for my next purchase, and if requested by the company, i will gladly send them back - of course at there expense.
