My complaint:
i have used this product over many years and i feel that i have to complain that the cylinder that contains the sweetex has stopped working and im unable to use it. i then have to try and crack it open to get the sweetex out this has happened 4 times over the several years which is a bit dishearting

improve you product
and send me a complementry coupon for the prducts that have failed several times
