My complaint:
I enclose photos of the problem, basically the dispenser very cleverly and neatly cuts the pellet in half,handy if I say want one and a half sugars in my coffee, but a nuisance as I want two.
Suggested solution:
I’ve photographed the batch number and the bottom of the dispenser for your information,and the neatly chopped pellets. As I say this is not really a complaint,but as I used to work in Q.C. I thought it might be of interest to you. Thank You ps this was done on complaint.biz.
