Sweetex complaint: Inconsistent sweeteners

My complaint:

I am a frequent user of the sweeter brand and have noticed That over the last few weeks my sweetness have been inconsistent in the sense that there are variable strengths to the small tablets, this is very annoying as both my wife and myself are regular coffee drinkers. Can you please give us an idea of what the issue is and hopefully you can have this checked and rec I died

I would appreciate a delivery of a tested batch of sweeteners that would allow us both to enjoy our coffee together again.
