My complaint:
I have used sweetex for years now because I am diabetic. Up until about 4 months ago I had no problems. Then I found that the dispenser for the 1200 pills suddenly stopped dispensing the pills and I would have to PRESS MULTIPLE TIMES JUST TO GET 2 PILLS. I now am on the second one and the same problem has started. I’ve tried giving it a small bang on the counter but this does not help. What can I do as the pills are not cheap?

Step up quality control on the dispensers and better checks.
