My complaint:
The last 2 dispensers I bought have presented problems. The first was the dispenser itself; simply failing to dispense the tablets without repeated pressings and shaking of it – only sometimes with success. I attributed the problem to a fault in the dispenser mechanism.
The second – the one currently in use does dispense the tablets but they are coming out typically broken in half – so 2 half sized discs as it were – and then maybe a full one ….etc. It’s apparent in this case the tablets are not properly constituted; i.e. not binding sufficiently to pass through the dispenser in one piece. The lot number on this one is L248 BBE 10 2023
Suggested solution:
Please to acknowledge it and prepare to do something about the latter presentation in particular; the first one I'd put down to a rogue dispenser.
