My complaint:
We have been using Sweetex for years and years but lately all sizes of dispenser jam and the tablets come out in tiny pieces. They are no good to use, so this is making them even more expensive, and wasteful than they should be. It’s very annoying and about time Sweetex did something about it!
Suggested solution:
I think a free 1200 tablet pack would be acceptable..that would just about make up for the waste over the past year or so. A voucher would do it.
