My complaint:
What is going on. My wife and I have used sweetex for more years than we can remember ,were retired now, and just recently we have had a sequence of dispensers that produce dust or fragments of the product.
Very annoying and wasteful.
Suggested solution:
Improve the dispenser ,Have they started using a different manufacturer? If so change them again.
