My complaint:
For the past few years I have had no complaints whatsoever. But just recently (and I am surethat I am not the first one to mention this as it is quite annoying) your small plastic containers are not releasing the Sweetex pills. I have had to prize open the lid (which is quite a feat and ends up with half the container of pills going all over the floor). I expect you have sourced the production out to Tender and possibly gone with the cheapest bid, which anyone in business knows is never a good idea as, as they say, you only get what you pay for. And as the cost of Sweetex has not been recuced in cost in relation to the lower production costs, then there is no reason why your customers should not feel a bit upset and in turn start looking for a company that appreciates our custom.
Thank you for taking the time to read thru my complaint. I am hoping that you will put the same amount of time into putting this problem to rights.

The solution is in your hands. When we press the lid we want, as it used to be, for the pills to pop out the bottom. As right now they don\'t.
