My complaint:
I bought a swatch watch online from the website, but now the battery is finished and the watch stopped working.
And in London, ON I didn’t find any store for swatch to replace the battery. I searched swatch website and I called swatch support number but no answer !!.
I emailed them, but also, until now they did not reply to my email.
Suggested solution:
Replace the battery for free as they advertise that customers get free battery replacement for life.
