My complaint:
I’m James Truell in Rikers Island (1411603394 NYC), with a huge never reduce bail $370,000. The law stated bail 1) just be within reasonable 2) one should get speedy trial.
Suggested solution:
As I\'ve been incarcerated, with NO TRIAL SET yet, the bail should be dropped. Also I should be released (esp as there are no warrants ). Thank you for your attention to this matter. Also if you know of any agency agencies in NYC ( most esp Queens) id greatly appreciate th send info to me.
