My complaint:
The manager treated my son like he was slow and had a problem with everything he did even when he had pictures of his work they still said he didn’t do his job. They cut his hours to 2 or 2 day a week. Then tried to move him to retrieving baskets. He has dyslexia and had a closed head injury. He has been gainfully employed and never had this problem
Suggested solution:
An apology from the managers would be nice and some training for them when they are dealing with someone with dyslexia mean they do things a certain way not that they can't do the job
