My complaint:
I purchased heavy cream. It was not expired but still it went bad. I requested exchange and wanted to make sure it didn’t go bad by opening after exchange is complete. And then the casher said once you open it, you cannot return So the argument began, as I claimed if it is fresh I will take it with me, if it went bad, then I should get refund or exchange. I just don’t want to waste of my time going back and forth
Being rude to the customer was one thing but more fundamentally they didn’t want to take responsibility on the dairy product, and regarded me as a bad customer who complains about non-sense.
I stop going to the store for a while after purchasing a milk what only last for one week, which went bad many weeks before the expiration.
Suggested solution:
I wouldn\'t even go to their bad customer service.
However freshness of grocery, especially dairy product is really crucial to have as a grocery store.
I also read lots of other similar reviews about perished meat, sushi and deli product, which caused food poisoning on their Yelp page.
They should be inspected and reeducated how to handle their food safe and equipment right.
