Sun-Maid complaint: Reclosable zipper failure

My complaint:

The last three times I’ve purchased twin-packs of Sun-Maid organic raisins from Costco the stay-fresh reclosable zipper has failed after the first use. I have even tried lubricating the zipper with a Q-tip and coconut oil but the zipper separates from the bag rather than separating at the zipper.

The packaging manufacturer is producing a product that fails to operate as promoted. The packaging adversely affects the product, failing to help keep it fresh. This packing issue reflects on the product itself.

This may seem like a small thing but not to some of us. It gets me quite frustrated. The last time I purchased them I hesitated because of the packaging issue.

Suggested solution:

Please do a quality control check on the packaging. If they can't make the zipper operate as promoted get rid of the zipper entirely. As is, it's a total waste of resources and just gets people like me upset. I'm certain that there are others who feel similarly but just won't take the time to let you know.
