My complaint:
I been living in friendship apartments in Sumter at 525 east Calhoun street Sumter since October 2019 and there was a bad smell under my sink they came and place a new board under the sink on top of the old board and the mildew smell is still under the sink and the smell is so bad that every time I enter my home I smell the mildew soon as I enter the door and I can smell the bad smell upstairs also I have a 15 year old daughter that doesn’t like to stay home because the smell gets her sick and I get sick from the smell it gives me bad headaches I had brain surgery 15 years ago and I can’t deal with that smell any longer.
Suggested solution:
The housing manager needs to send someone out to remove the whole sink and find out where that smell is coming from because if it’s wet behind there it’s gonna turn into mold and me and my daughter life is at risk I really need someone to please help me I’m disabled I can’t take this anymore PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME PLEASE
