My complaint:
I have constantly contacted StuffTvguide.co.nz saying that I have given my bank details and still getting a bill in the mail. Also I do not know if the person I have gifted the Tvguide is resieving the Tv Guide at all. The person that’s suppose to be resieving the Tvguide is Nicky TE Puni ! Rangipo Prison, Hotu Unit, Private Bag 500, Turangi 3382. My Billing is through my bank Details Westpac. In which every time I ring she ask for my detail all the time. Don’t she save my details and continue taking payments from my bank. Why am I getting a bill in the mail at all. Is she an experience worker for Stufftvguide or not.
Suggested solution:
I need this sorted right away and for someone to contact me asap Because I have always had money in my account to pay the bill every fortnight. I refuse to pay the bill by mail. This needs to be address urgently.
