My complaint:

Received a Structube dresser (online order) and assembled it but the railings came off after few days. Henceforth the drawers became non operational and starting falling off. After lot of struggle , managed to get the railings for two drawers. Struggle meaning about 10 phone calls and a long long email chain of pleading them . There was absolutely no ness in their response at any point .
When railings were sent the screws were missing due to which they are useless .
Have tried reaching them out via email and call center calls to send out the screws and one more railing which was found broken but no response since one week. Not sure how many phone calls it will take to settle this issue. There is no way to reach out to a higher up.
Please tell the process of return or exchange . Just want to get ride of this pathetic company proceedings. The product is still in one year warranty period.

By returning the product and refunding the money for all the harassment and hassle I have gone through
