My complaint:
I order a part for my 2013 Subaru WRX which was a rear diffuser v3. Placed my order in April 17, 2020. I then contacted the company a few weeks after my order to see if was ready for shipping. May 12th 2020 I got an email saying it was ready to be shipped. Email the company again to ask when it would be shipped and I was told that same Friday. I went through that process another two time with Brandon Kone of Strafe Designs and got the same answers from him again. It is now May 28th 2020 and even after spamming his email, I have not heard back since May 19th.
Suggested solution:
I would love to either get the order that I made on April 17th or I would like to get refunded the $250 I spend on said order.
