My complaint:
Received several letters for violation from homeowner association but the letter received is in error wrong address. Violation is not for my property addresss. Received letter on 5/8/23 unauthorized paint colors used paint exterior.Letter address to me but violation was to be applied to the house next to me. I had to personally convince Mary jones from HOA BOARD OF DIRECTOR TO COME WITH ME TO my house to see that it was the wrong address. Received letter from Mary Jone on 5/17/23 apologizing for the error from the association.
Received letter on 5/21/23 stating this letter is being sent on behalf of the Small Master Board of Directors to advise you that you are in violation of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of the community. When you purchased your property at Stoneybrook, you agreed to abide by the Association’s rules and restrictions. Currently, you are not in compliance with those requirements.
Specifically: Landscaping: Dead Grass – Please replace dead grass to keep the property in an attractive and healthy condition. Again the address referencing is not my address.
Suggested solution:
Please correct the issue and stop apply neighbor violation to my address. I feel as thought we are being targeted for someone else issue
