My complaint:
I am filing complaint on stake.com, they dont want to help me recover my account which has 2fa authentication. They said that due to security implementations on my account they have permanently disabled 2fa reset on my account. I recently had my phone stolen, which had Google Authenticator, i download it on new device and my codes were gone. I reached out to recovery@stake.com and dont want to help me at all. How am i supposed to recover my account now.
Suggested solution:
Remove the permanent 2fa disbled on my account to recover it.
