My complaint:
At 11.30 I was waiting at this bus stop with two other elderly passengers to board number 2 bus into Dawlish town. At 11.35 the bus (on time) from Exeter passed the end of Swan road but failed to turn into the road so effectively cut our stop out of this service. We then had to wait over 30 mins for the next bus on this route. This is not acceptable especially in such severe weather to miss passengers out – presumably the driver did not know the route involved turning off the A379 at this point to pick up at the Sainsbury stop
Suggested solution:
Improve trading of drivers particularly agency drivers
