My complaint:
I have a plied for Saint Vincent de Paul, financial assistance services four times the first three times I was denied because of my age and possibility also my race I applied again and I was told two times I would get a call back, but never heard back from anyone. I am trying to resolve this issue this way and not go to the media. And news channel. I have a I’ve applied for rental assistance previously, and was rejected. And was not given a reason why, in fact, every time I applied for either rent to assistance or food and utility assistance, I was denied, but not given a reason I was promised a phone call back in the past and never got a call back. I also was promised a call back two times recently and never received a callback so I believe they have my information in the system blocking me from receiving assistance. If it comes down to it if I have to, I will file a Better Business Bureau complaint. I will also contact the news and media and I will hire a attorney. I do not want to have to go that route, but if I don’t hear back from someone ASAP, that will be my only decision.
Suggested solution:
I would like to receive a call back and receive assistance and apology if not, my only option is for me to hire a attorney and take legal actions and also contact the news and media
