My complaint:
I went to this shop earlier also…the shopkeeper here is very rude and he behaved with me very badly today…..I left 1 or 2 items in the shop when I went there to collect ….he said get out from the shop an insulted me infront of other customers….
Suggested solution:
I want him to learn a lesson how to handle and how to behave with a customer
