My complaint:

Was looking up a recipe for Seitan and vegan cheese. I needed Telephone agar agar and wheat gluten to make these items. In the recipe the items are highlighted and you can see where to procure them near you. Sprouts came up. I went to the store, showed 3 different clerks(one was the manager) my item list written down on a paper, not only did you not have the items but the store clerks did not even know what they were. Come on !! I came home, ordered all the items on Amazon easily and without frustration.
