My complaint:
They refused to sell me a small bottle of Prosecco because they assumed my temporarily issued ID might be fake. The state of Oklahoma doesn’t require an ID to buy alcohol and I’m over 50 years old. That cashier asked the manager and the manager ed they shouldn’t sell it to me. I purchased alcohol at this same store and other places before multiple times. This is not the first time things don’t go right at this specific store. They gave me the wrong cash back a few weeks ago and the manager was rude when I came back for the rest of it. Very unprofessional and demeaning customer service!
Suggested solution:
They should address all the issues in the future and work on being professional, polite and proactive. I’m very hesitant to continue my shopping at this location.
