My complaint:
The store manager Jorge was very inpatient with questions I ask him, and further more when I asked him again he seem disgruntled and aggressive towards me: I just couldn’t find a certain item in the bulk or on the shelf. I was very displeased with his helpfulness and lack of sympathy.
Suggested solution:
I'm not sure. But if this is how your managers treat customers regularly than maybe something needs to done. I hope this can help.
