My complaint:
I went for lunch for a turkey sandwich. Aside from taking 40 minutes to make a sandwich, Michelle the worker from the deli was beyond disrespectful. Would ask for ingredients since I was making my own sandwich and she would tell me there wasn’t any, no cheese, no bacon, while I was staring right at it. I asked another guy if he could add it and luckily he did. She used dirty utensils by the time she finally finished the sandwich it was cold and the paper was ripped up. I am so upset by this whole situation. People shouldn’t have to deal with Employs who DONT WANT TO WORK.
Suggested solution:
Re train their employees and STOP HIRING PEOPLE WHO HATE THEIR JOBS!!!!!!! DO BETTER SPROUTS!
