My complaint:
Linda is one of the managers at the Baseline Sprouts. As a worker at sprouts she creates an extremely stressful and hostile work environment. She is supposed to be posting the schedule 2 weeks in advance but she typically posts the schedule anywhere between Friday and Sunday before the start of the new week. Our staff is expected to uphold the standards of sprouts and certain requirements (such as wearing the uniform) but how are we all expected to uphold these standards when our own managers can’t do the same. All the managers lack communication skills and frequently blame cashiers (and other departments) for things that aren’t their fault because the managers don’t communicate. This work environment is toxic and explains the high turn over rate. 010 experience would not recommend working there to anyone. She also will talk shit about anyone and everyone including the CEO of sprouts who is the nicest man I’ve ever met (very inapropriate). Someone who speaks so lowly about sprouts and its higher ups to anyone who will listen should not be working there.
Suggested solution:
Fire her. I am submitting this complaint anonymously in fear of retaliation but if someone wishes to speak more about her inappropriate and toxic behavior can reach out to me at my private email chba3759@colorado.edu.
I really really REALLY recommend you fire her for the bettering of this company.
