My complaint:
Subscribed for free 14 day trial.
Payment card details given.
Subscription started.
The Sites sample download didn’t work.
Cancelled the subscription, it said you could at any time.
They charged me thus not honouring free trial period.
Suggested solution:
Refund the money they stole from my account.
