My complaint:
The billing is handled by the local office. The local office is only open M-F from 8-12. My service was turned off at 9pm WHILE I WAS WORKING. I work from home.
No one at the 24 hour service would help me and the local office is closed. I lost my job as a result of this.
Suggested solution:
Pay me my lost wages.
