My complaint:
Property manager, has repeatedly used rude language toward me when I ask her questions. I work 5 days a week as I previously came from an abusive marriage… property manager is only on sight 15-20 hours per week…I work 40 hours…I need papers signed with no one reaching out to find out why. Total lack of communication.
Suggested solution:
Need a property manager who will sit down with me one-on-one...on my off day which varies each week...allow me to ask questions and answers without rude language. A professional attitude.
