My complaint:

On 51718 I went to the eye doctor, my daughter and I were both seen. Come to find out my daughter was not covered under the insurance. I paid the balance of $180 and was still receiving claims. I called several times and never heard back from a manager. In May 2019, I was informed that insurance paid for my daughter and I was going to be refunded the $180. I ed with the company, as I knew my daughter was not covered and it was my balance. I was assured that everything was taken care of. Back in July 2019 , I received another statement, I spoke with someone and they said everything was taken care of. I received another bill this month Oct 2019. It now stated my balance was $180. I called again and informed them of what happened. The insurance payment was meant for my account, I paid the balance for my daughter, they reimbursed my payment, and transferred the insurance payment to my daughter who was not covered. I have explained to them many times that I am not paying again due to this being their mistake, not mine. I have left several messages for the manager and have never received a call back. I am always informed that the manager in busy.

Suggested solution:

I would like a call back from the manager with the balance of $180 written off. I previously paid the balance and they reimbursed me. This is their mistake and should own up to it.
