My complaint:

I was playing the carnival machine. I cashed out at $92.68.I walked around 50 ft from that machine and found out I dropped my cash out ticket. I went to the security which was pretty close. He kept saying what u lost what what was it u lost what color was it Then I was sent to the high limit area. I was told to wait he was doing a jackpot. ( In the meantime the person who found it is probably cashing it. ) Ok he is done and wants to know the exact amount of the ticket. I said I don’t know so I was sent back to the machine to check. I went back to the high limit area and told him someone else is on the machine. So now we both go over to that machine. He gets the info needed and goes to the cashier. He came back and said it was cashed in. I told him u have it on video who cashed it right,,? He said yes but there is nothing that they can do….. If I wasnt held up by the dumb security officer and the person in the high limit area I would of been able to get it before it was cashed. They know who cashed it but refused to help me get it back. They just took their time on helping me so that person ended up with my money .grrrrrr

Suggested solution:

They could of taking more interest in helping me or even helping get my money back.. It's all on camera... But in this case it didn't help me one bit. I guess the person watching these cameras wasn't watching too good.
