My complaint:

The issue that I have experienced was: Purchased a large furniture set, received email that our delivery could be booked, booked our delivery right away, we called the day before delivery to everything will be delivered, waited on the day of delivery and received no text or tracking or estimated time, called Sofology, waited 35 minutes to speak to someone only to hear that our delivery hasn’t been booked for the date despite calling the day before and ing it would be, was not allowed to speak to management, have people coming for Easter weekend and we have no where to sit as we have already gotten rid of our other sofas to make space for our new ones and now we are told they don’t know when it will be delivered.

It occurred on: 05042023

This meant that Now we have nowhere to sit just before the long Easter weekend and we have guests coming as well.

Send our sofas as arranged before the weekend

I look forward to your response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address.

Suggested solution:

Send our sofa set before the weekend as promised - would select no stars if possible
