My complaint:
The company is very unprofessional. Their drivers are ridiculous and dispatch is just unhelpful. The company changed the driver without notice and the driver comes late. On the days she does not come late she leaves after not seeing any one for about 2 mins wen she is meant to wait 5. I dont understand this company or their methods. The service is just freaking horrible.
Suggested solution:
I would like for them to get rid of this driver or take her off of this route.
