My complaint:

Applied for a EFTPOS terminal for my new business and they would not accept a nsw photo card as identification said it was not good enough they wanted my birth certificate Medicare photos of my shop passport and all these other documents so I sent them all apart from the birth certificate and still got told it was not enough ID

Suggested solution:

To accept government issued photo card as ID
