My complaint:

They charge me £18 month for having one employee earning £500 month receiving around £50 per month.

This is crippling for my business.

When asking for an alternative payment method to pay contributions they would not provide one.

Not responding to my complaints

Suggested solution:

Don't charge for their services which I am forced to use and they said it was free when I signed up.

Provide an alternative payment method.
