My complaint:
my claim 210910cl02849 was denied without any kind of documentation regarding defective gaming meter purchased 1 week of fun game coins packages the progressive meter with takes me to the next level of game did not move or progress i sent trouble tickets to slotomania customer support where they acknowlege the meter progression is slow to log on and offf then bet more coins with did not help it move spoke to ariana capitol one supervisor and requested her supervisor to call me back she said she wont call you back how can they deny my claim where vendor has issued refunds regarding the meter not working but not all
Suggested solution:
reopen my request sho that i can show all proper correspondence with vendor
