My complaint:
I won a free wild card but didn’t get it. I have spoken with SUPPORT LINE for 4 weeks but TOLD TO WAIT BECAUSE THEY ARE WORKING ON PROBLEM. I have asked for the free card while they are investigating problem but they won’t even thru they say ITS THEY PROBLEM! I guess they hope I will give up. I WON’T AND WON’T PLAY TILL I GET IT!
Suggested solution:
Give me my FREE CARD!
